Ever read something from an author that seems so outside their regular genre but ends up being the best you've read from them?
I remember reading The Tomorrow File from Lawrence Sanders and thinking how did the Deadly Sins guy do sci-fi so well. He envisions it: money becomes "love", older people are "obsos", work becomes "service."
Mount Agung appears on the brink of larger, more violent eruption than originally anticipated. BAWA is an amazing organization that is desperately trying to save animals in the evacuation zone.
I've had the opportunity to see the work they do first hand on previous visits to Bali and it's incredible. Just trying to spread the word to anyone who can help.

Proudly π¨π¦, knows dinosaurs existed, and a defender of animals but only the four-legged kind.
...and birds, I guess birds are fine too.
