I'm trying something new for my health.
I've set a timer on my watch for 30 minutes to remind myself to stand up so that my knees aren't getting so stiff that I can barely get up from my chair.
Then, every hour, I'm going to do my best to go for a 10-minute walk up and down the sidewalk alley next to my apartment.
40 minutes have already gone by & thanks to the shredder jamming, I've barely completed anything in all this time. 😖
