@poemblaze I've been using Nova Launcher forever. It claims to run well on older phones as well.
I use Lawnchair launcher on my Amazon tablet. It's lightweight and very fast. Just looked, and apparently there's a new version "Lawnchair 2". I have no experience with that version.
@poemblaze i use nova launcher. used it on my old phone, still used it on my current phone.
50mb install size. not sure on the RAM usage, but it did work fine on really craptacular motorola with very limited space and RAM.
