So I pushed the envelope because I was going crazy with not being able to hike since my injury. My knee felt really good this morning and the sky was beautiful and the fog lifting off the mountains…sigh. I needed to get into the woods.

I didn’t take a strenuous or even moderately strenuous hike. But I did one and took it slowly and in an area with cell service 💜

Good decision or bad. I had to and damn it, it felt great.

Now I’ll rest & not try again for awhile. I needed that. 💜
