@pennyphilosophy Is there an update to this article, or another source with more recent info? This particular study was done over 10 years ago & I remember reading this in 2014. Wondering if things have changed, for better or worse especially with Thai jasmine rice.

@MistyKitty3 should imagine it aint better, considering the state of pollution and production these days.
we eat rice a few times a week. following the mitigation ideas we have offered here has helped us to process. we use apple pectin among other things to remove heavy metals in the body.
thanks xx

@pennyphilosophy Between Nicaraguans (who brought in the article to work, & freaking out), Mexicans, Cubans, Central Americans, South Americans & Jamaicans, we all eat rice every day, 2x day & not a 1/2 cup serving. Servings are 1 to 2 cups cooked rice. 😭 We're all going to die.

@MistyKitty3 of something, friend. eventually. yes.

figure out how to reduce risk. trust your luck. enjoy.
xx
