If you had agreed to participate in a survey which would only take ten minutes, then you see there is pre-reading and a half-hour zoom call, would you continue with the survey?

@p_terg hmm, I'd be torn between not playing or making a right schemozzle of the survey responses. Unlikely that I'd go through with it as I'd be thinking I was dealing with numpties.

Said I’d do it at work but don’t recall if I put a workload disclaimer on the yes. Might play that card now..🤷‍♂️

@Vapidiot I ended up withdrawing on the basis:
- that I had no work on when I said yes
- that it was only a 10min interview
- without knowing there was pre- and post-work involved.
Whole thing would have taken about an hour … I think he was understanding but the thing about surveys and consent is that you can say no at any time and suffer no recriminations.
