@sentientdessert @p3R1n01D and she would!
@sentientdessert @p3R1n01D good question. Contortionists would be scary af

I'm pretty limber, so back in my training for outdoor emergency medicine, during practice I used to put my arm behind my head and let my classmates figure out how to deal with that! 😂
@p3R1n01D @sentientdessert how did they handle it?
@Jezibaba @sentientdessert
Pretty well, and it led to some great discussion on the hard decisions rescuers are faced with. I think I did it in more than one class.
In this one, I was supposed to be a climber who had fallen. Ordinarily, in town, they'd try to splint/spineboard me as I was and move it at the ER. Moving the arm could cause further damage and bleeding.
But in the mountains, they'd have to carry me out, and the position might have restricted blood flow to the arm.
@p3R1n01D @sentientdessert that had to be a bit surreal and unnatural looking. Is that considered compartment syndrome if the blood flow gets restricted like that?
@sentientdessert @p3R1n01D I gotta hand it to ya
Nah, you nailed it.
@Jezibaba @sentientdessert
Once in a while, you've got to go out on a limb.
Embrace the possibilities.
@Jezibaba
OMG, that's some incredible strength and control!
@p3R1n01D I'm in awe.
