I'm not sure either but I know when Dominion filed suit in 2022 some legal experts wrote an article about the probability of Trump also being sued successfully and the responses were overwhelming yes, because he knew the truth and stuck his head in the sand as to pretend he did not. If she has more immunity than that, she's in pretty good shape.
Well it at least looks like Dominion is paying attention. We may get some clarity soon.
