Las Vegas man arrested outside Trump rally sues California sheriff
The man arrested at a checkpoint outside of former President Donald Trumpβs rally in California on Saturday for illegally possessing two loaded firearms filed a lawsuit on Tuesday accusing Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco of damages including defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.

@nursefrombirth Emotional distress because he was too stupid to check gun laws in California before driving there with inappropriately secured weapons? Reminds me of all the idiots that were flying to the Caribbean without checking their bags for bullets, who were then surprised they were charged.
