Bill Clinton to campaign for Harris with focus on rural Southern voters

Clinton will travel in the coming days to appeal to rural voters to boost Harris with the critical voting bloc. The former president will travel to Georgia on Sunday and Monday and then is planning a North Carolina bus tour.
