CJ Roberts ruled that "the Constitution is unconstitutional" by claiming the only way a President (or former) can be found criminally guilty is only(!) after(!):
A. Being impeached by the House
AND
B. Convicted at Senate trial.
I had hopes that Roberts wanted a better "Legacy" but he's become a craven (cf: wife's career) ghoul on his #extremeCourt.
