Good Morning Warriors! Are you ready for the of the day?

Set Your Intentions: Take a moment to write down 3- 4 goals for this month, writing them down gives them power. ✍🏽

Post them where you'll see πŸ‘€them often. Focus on them, read them aloud, and reaffirm your commitment.

Every step forward starts with a clear intention so let's kickstart this month with purposeful goal-setting. We're ready to tackle whatever comes our way – one intention at a time. We've got this!

SelfCareTip of the Day: Take a BREATHER

Find a green spot – a park, a garden, or a rooftop. Sit solo, daydream, visualize your goals.
Repeat affirmations:
"I have everything I need to accomplish my goals."
"I will uncover what I don't know."
"I am manifesting my greatest desires and am grateful for the ability to do so."

Fresh air, a clear mind, and powerful affirmations – the perfect recipe for a well-being boost and a jumpstart towards your dreams! ✨

of the Day: Ditch the "To Do" and embrace the "Ta-Da!"

Instead of starting your day with looming tasks, dive in!
Celebrate every win: As you tackle projects, jot down your accomplishments (big or small) on an "I Did" list. βœ…

Seeing your progress is powerful! βœ… things off triggers a sense of accomplishment and pride😁 and is a reminder of your amazing capabilities!

So, celebrate victories, big and small, and watch your confidence soar πŸͺ

of the Day: Don't underestimate the power of a good night's sleep!😴

Lack of sleep can impact your hormones, focus, and even your heart health.

Here's a self-care WARRIOR πŸ’ͺ🏽move: aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night. It's like a magic recharge for your whole body! Take charge by using a sleep tracker to gauge your rest quality and plan for seven to nine hours of sleep nightly.

So tonight, prioritize rest and wake up feeling like the amazing person you are! ✨

@nursefrombirth

So many of us seem to have sleep problems. I'm pretty much useless when sleep deprived. I've not used medication but most people I know seem to be on something to help them sleep.

@ellesu Yes, it seems like lots of people have trouble sleeping. I tried Ambien after I loss my sister years ago and had to stop that when packages started showing up at the door. Evidently, I was "sleep shopping." Now I just do a meditation or tapping session and I'm fine.

@nursefrombirth

'Sleep shopping' is a term I will be using. πŸ˜‚ I am sorry for the loss of your sister. Some things knock us off center and I'm glad you found your balance. πŸ’œ
