Oh, yea, you're right. I missed the gag order part (that's what I get for trying to do 3 things at once 🙃). I'm just so used to all his lawyers trying the delay, delay, delay tactics and one would figure an ex-federal prosecutor would know about filing paperwork in the required jurisdiction.
I'd ask how he's so bad at what he does, but I just spent a hyperfocus session on his cases and it's not looking good for #trump 😂

It's legit amazing how he's considered a "dream team" lawyer. I'll get some ss and post them in a bit. I was pulled from the hyperfocus, so I just have to organize things when I have a few to read all the articles and find out what to ss.
