According to NBC News:
The trial was set to restart at 1:30 p.m. ET, but proceedings have yet to resume as we approach 15 minutes after the hour. No reason has been given for the delay.

@nursefrombirth If I get it from any foxy people in my family my response will be "Defamation cases are difficult to prove. Why did they settle, then? Don't tell me they ain't have any money for lawyers and that they ain't in court constantly. WHY. DID. THEY. SETTLE?
