Have you had your updated COVID booster? Mine is scheduled for next week. Flu β shingles β so I'm all set after this one.
Great, hope it all goes well. π€
My arm was sore after the booster but I also cleared brush, hauled large tree limbs, and pulled down dead trees.
Iβm gonna blame the shot.

We got ours September 6th and our flu vaccine October 3rd. Hope we're winterized now.
I'm probably due for my pnemonia vaccine & D,P & T or whatever that combo is.
@nursefrombirth Pfizer x5 here, plus flu shot and shingles x2. Also, 2 COVID bouts, fully recovered, between May and October (both mild - just annoying).
@hollyjahangiri good for you. I just finished all of the above too. Took mine a week apart. Didn't have any problem with them except the shingles made my arm really sore, however, it's a lot better than getting shingles.
@nursefrombirth I've had shingles twice. Only got this vaccine because I hope to avoid getting it in my optic nerve or facial nerves. My son was only 5 when he got shingles. Old person's disease, my butt.
Well, a bit of good and bad news.
