what's brilliant about it is that it's not a criminal suit, it's a CIVIL suit!
heaps of differences between them, including that they are NOT covered under a Federal Pardon. 😉

the whole thing came to light in the Mueller investigations, most specifically in one that they actually prosecuted. THAT didn't happen 4 years ago, and the evidence, investigation notes were likely made available by Mueller to the DC Attorney General, who is the one *bringing* this civil suit.
What i'm saying is that no paardon can interfere, 5th amendment is for criminal, not civil, and the rules of evidence (among other things) are QUITE different!
@naikarrah so you are saying that civil court is working faster than criminal court 4 years later. Picking out the sunshine I guess🤷♀️
