A question posed to me today (not word for word, but summarily): How do you hold people who do bad things accountable, while recognizing their humanity and potential for transformation?

@misslovelymess The question is then how do we reach them? They really believe we are the bad guys. They believe all that misinformation is truth. You can't successfully message a closed mind.
