Season of the Witch- Donovan
@mistressticia I love Season of the Witch. The 17 year old teenager who first heard this album is still partial to: π
The Intergalactic Laxative
I'm sorry...hangs head in shame π³ π³ π³
@Krysdammit I've never heard this song. I only know the one I posted. Because it's spooky. hahaha

I went to a newly built high school early 70s. Very experimental. to this day we joke that at any time someome will knock on our door and tell us that we never graduated hs and have to go back.
Our libraby had 2 turntables & radio channels, headphones at the study stations. We'd bring in our vinyl albums & play them for all π§ . Cosmic Wheels was just about worn out. Goat's Head Soup & Umma Gumma were in high rotation. The early Queen albums! OMG on those head phones!
@Krysdammit I do have Umma Gumma. On vinyl. π I went to HS in the 80's. But yeah- that's so cool.
I remember in 6th grade, for music class free play, I brought in my 45 of Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall. After we played it and shortly after class, I was called to the principle's office and asked to never bring that 45 to school again.π π
Fighting the power as a 12yo. through music.π
@Krysdammit OMG! Those 2 are my faves!! That's awesome! I love turning younger people on the magic that is vinyl.
@Krysdammit Thank you! I'll check it out and let you know! π
@mistressticia
It's fairy new, but it has a good sampling of different genres & decades. lol
I've listened to a few of them and they sound great to me though my headphones.

Vinyl makes all the difference. There is a warmth and resonance to it.
I came across a youtube channel recently. They produce remixes which sound very close to vinyl. Check it out, maybe they've done a piece you really like.
