We have our power back on, & the temps will be a little higher today, to top out around 30°F. Still windy, though, dangit. This polar episode has brought a few things home to us.
We need a solar generator, to set up for water filtration in the case of losing running water, to get a fireplace insert & we may need a new front door. It wasn't v fun getting through the power outage alone, caring for multiple animals while trying to stay warm. Lots of lessons learned. Glad that Wed will be warmer!
