Just to mention, my Threads feed is filled to the brim with cat, dog and bunny pics/stories and a few news bites. I curate my feed and I recommend you do too.
The one thing it lacks is the personal interactions that go on here. And why I don't plan on leaving CoSo. Threads and CoSo aren't head up competitors. They compliment each other.
That's my 2 cents.
@TrueBloodNet Threads is under the ever untrustworthy Zuckerberg, so it's immediately a no go fo me.
I do use insta only because it's almost the only way to converse with my family member Down Under...
I hope Zuck is removed eventually.
@TrueBloodNet true, especially when one's account has been hacked and you're locked out for months at a time and can't get it resolved - what a way to run a company.

Maybe we'll get lucky and somebody like the FCC will break Meta up.
@mims I think the shear size of FB makes those account hacking issues difficult. But there are many other complaints I have. The big ones are the display glitches and the post curation. Why it should be against the rules to say the capital police should be willing to shoot the next time 'citizens' break through barriers.... that's a ridiculous rule.
@mims You can make choices any way you want. I use Insta, Threads and FB but the latter is a real pain in the arse and I don't use Insta much.
