cut in half longitudinally
so halves are the shortest height
lay on flat edge
cut in 1/8" strips
rotate 90 deg cut in 1/8" strips
put in a glass bowl
cover with water
put on lid
microwave 4 min
drain 3/4s of water
microwave 1 min

add 1 T of powdered buttermilk
add 3 green onions in 1/8" strips
add 12 kalamata olives
add the brine that covered those
add salt
stir it all up
put on lid
let it set for few minutes

add 12 grape tomatoes
stir and eat
