I listened to a lot of the questions, not optimistic about the outcome.
@KGinKS Try to remember that Justices ask questions to either poke holes in arguments or strengthen them, not necessarily from what they believe. Justice Sotomayor is awfully good at trying to poke holes in arguments that she strongly believes. Lots of grains of salt in the questions they ask.
