Think twice before buying books from #Amazon. In recent months the quality of books from them has been far less than pristine. The most recent had a bad binding (pages falling out right out of the shipping box) so I asked for replacement. I returned the original but they charged me for the replacement. After a few back & forths with them they now claim I never returned the original.
