I got one of those full spectrum light visors and used it for the first time this morning, and it's been the first time I haven't had to fight to keep my eyes open at 10am in MONTHS. I also started a new ADHD med, so....could be either? Both? Probably both. #chronicfatigue #CFS #ADHD #SAD #SeasonalAffectiveDisorder
