Got a sleep mask with built-in headphones and listened to Brain.FM's deep sleep mode with rain sounds instead of their default music last night, and was OUT the entire night. Still not feeling rested because I didn't start it until after 1:30am....👀 And also my head is clogged up with allergies. But maybe keeping that up every night + consistently going to bed at a decent hour will start to pay off? Like...sleeping well may actually be possible? Is this magic?

@meganpaasch My daughter bought me a fitbit Inspire2. If I have trouble falling asleep, I hit the "relax" mode. It makes you breathe deeply. By the time the mode ends, I am so relaxed, I fall asleep. Try a "breathing" app.

@LoriWasGeorgy Nice! I used to wear a fitbit but my skin started reacting to the metal so I had to stop. I miss it. But I could definitely try an auditory breathing guide.
