Anyone know of a cheaper way to fast travel in Elder Scrolls Online?

So at least ten years ago, I was blocking nearly the same countries as CoSo via whole CIDR blocks because of all the crap hitting even brand new servers from those IPs. I never understood why no one talked about how bad it was then.... Today we seem to be dealing with the consequences of sticking our heads in the sand for too long. Hopefully sites like counter.social are the start of raising awareness on the vulnerablity of these systems we’ve built.
