Avoiding canola oil can be challenging since it is widely used in processed foods, restaurant meals, and even packaged snacks. It is in EVERYTHING you buy.

@catlynne333 The hateful eight industrial seed oils to avoid are Canola, Corn, Cottonseed Soy, Sunflower, Safflower, Grapeseed, and Rice bran.

These oils are very high in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), which promote inflammation and the accumulation of toxins in body fat
How exactly are they industrial? Hexane, Bleech and other terrifying processes
