@FeedingTubePaul @Matthewconner84 From what I heard earlier, it sounded like there has been an explosion not related to this person already. Maybe an accident, or maybe a totally unrelated copycat - that's a possibility.
Also keep in mind that breaking news tends to be kinda confused by nature, though.
