@RobPalmerIRL The stations broadcasting the music are the ones who are responsible for licensing, so that *shouldn't* be an issue. But given the agencies involved, one never knows.

@RobPalmerIRL I'm an advisor/operator of a college radio station (terrestrial and online). We get killed every budget year by licensing.
@RobPalmerIRL Fortunately, we're a student run organization, so the rest of the College's licenses are on them.
