Someone who I don’t follow had PM’d me. I’m quite sure when I first got here I made sure my settings do not allow PM’s unless I follow them. Now I can’t find it in settings how to make sure. I’m on my iPhone at the moment. Can someone help me with how to set this?

Go to your Profile and Preferences. Under Notifications, you can read that all messages will be Public. To only allow Followers Only, you will need the Pro Account.
