woke up with a blocked ear with 80% hearing loss. Gettin the flashbacks to being completely deaf. Anyone got any suggestions for things that might help?

ginger works for me
to keep my ears clear
i prefer thai ginger
aka galengal root
i put powdered galengal
in my breakfast drink
there is ginger
powder in capsules
if you would rather not taste it
there are also ginger teas
@lilyunsub heat. washcloth soaked in water as hot as you can stand held to your ear. antihistamines might help too. might be fluid behind the eardrum from stuffy sinuses
@lilyunsub I've flushed out my ears with a few drops of peroxide and then a rinse.
