Well, managed to make it through the worst (as far as I know) of the cyclone. Few family members without power atm and mum had to drive through some sketchy waters and slips for a birth (midwife) but everyone doing ok here. Though I did slip off the steps and messed up my back again so am hobbling around, again. Fingers crossed its only temporary and comes right soon. #NewZealand #CycloneGabrielle
