Been a real rough few days and had no idea why we were suddenly feeling deeply unsafe, emotionally unstable and spiraling seemingly out of nowhere but had a friend check in with us because its a big trauma anniversary, felt this big sense of relief at understanding why we were feeling this way. Amnesia walls can be very rough sometimes because you still get affected but you just dont know why you're affected like you are. ❤️
