Playing round with learning UE5 world building using megascans, blueprints and nanite meshes (scenery has more than 10mil pixels) and niagara system (fire)... low quality video but shows the gist of it so far...
@Hyporeality yurp, thats the same concept we've setup our stopmo studio with on a smaller scale, high def screen, backgrounds built in UE, stopmo character with camera movement tracking setup in both UE and dragonframe... will be a trip if we can get it working haha
@lilyunsub I look forward to seeing more of your work!
@lilyunsub I want to ask like a million questions, haha! Iβm always interested in the process.
@Hyporeality Will do our best to answer haha, mostly just learning it all and seeing if we can do it π if we take a bit to respond its cos we've finally fallen asleep after 30hours of playing around with it lol
@lilyunsub If you get a chance, I think it would be cool to see some pics of your set up.
@Hyporeality will see if I can take some this weekend of the stopmo studio as it currently is... is a bit messy cos we're sorting out all the lighting/gear in the garage atm but its mostly setup and ready to rumble haha
@lilyunsub very cool!
damn....color me impressed....π
@lilyunsub Very cool! I know bigger budget productions are shooting in rooms with walls that are essentially super high definition screens with UE effects in real time. Really opens up possibilities for filmmakers. Sure, you have to have the $, but Iβll bet theyβll eventually be available to rent and display your own graphics.
