Woke up at 3:45 a.m. this morning. That calls for a double shot of coffee. One cup of illy extra-dark roast, one cup of "Wake the Hell Up!" brand's "Jamaica Me Crazy" flavored coffee. Both with Torani Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup. They should at least get me through my 10am physical therapy appointment.

Good morning. I awoke then also. Checked in w/CoSo to see what was up and drifted off a bit for an hour. My double expresso shots are wearing off, the regular coffee pot is empty and the percolator never got dragged out. But somehow I’ll forge through the day before crashing midstream.
