Congo Kivu in the cup this morning, a little change of pace from the usual. Still getting rid of the K-Cups from the great Light Roast Experiment.
I'd forgotten how good Congo Kivu was on its own. Nice stuff. Sort of creamy and spicy, with a light chocolate taste. FRC's hype cannon claims a "tart green apple" taste, which I can *almost* taste in this cup. Still highly recommended.
