Trying Adagio's Bella Luna Blue Tea (https://www.adagio.com/herbal/bella_luna_blue.html) - yes, it really is blue, until you add some lemon juice, when it becomes violet! Tastes a bit like blueberry and lemongrass. Not bad - more show than flavor, but what a show!
