Has anyone heard of any breaches to Microsoft Teams?

Got a strange security notification through my Microsoft Authenticator app that my workplace account had changes made I needed to go review to approve. The account is a company email, but I believe we contract the accounts all through some Microsoft business package. That said, I couldn't find any suspicious log activity on the account. I notified the email security team who took steps to scrub and reset my account, but something feels odd.
