@bluesbaby @anita_rotheram I know that Quebec operates along French-style, civil law patterned after Napoleonic law, so they have some kind of allowances that other provinces and territories do not have in the Canadian system.
I'm not 100% sure where this would fall if it's a civil rights case. Probably federal and the Charter, but need to research.
