@kjo My wife and I just watched a video of a guy who accepted a challenge from his viewers to try to sous vide cook a brisket over an entire month. So he prepped this thing and put it in a bag in what amounts to a clear crock pot then cooked it at 150°F for 30 days. As you might guess, when he took it out he could barely stand to so much as breath in the same room with it because it was ostensibly a car-cooked rotten carcass.

I imagine it smells something like that.
