I drafted a simple lace pattern that I’ll use in the 48 row section. I still have some tweaking to do but this is the idea. It will have 3 repeats so I’m thinking the middle one will be offset. #Knitting #LaceKnitting #WingingIt #EZPiShawl
@BrightEyedDyer i'm not sure you have enough YOs to offset the 6 stitches you're taking out with the 3 centered decreases. if that's one repeat, you're taking out 6 stitches & replacing only 3
@redenigma it’s just 1 centered double decrease. Just couldn’t write it any other way in the app I used. But it does need 7 stitches instead of 6 on either side of the first row. I ordered some physical knitting graph paper to draft old school. Thanks for double checking me!!
@BrightEyedDyer @redenigma found some knitting graph paper online that I could print out. I've also used Excel/spreadsheet programs to make a grid that was 4:5, and I ran across a Stitch Font that I use to make the symbols. :D
