I was going to take my trash out, but the dumpster is completely - and I mean overflowing, stuff stacked around it and piled on TOP - full. I saw a sofa in FRONT of it, and the other dumpster has a queen sized mattress also in front of it.
I'll bet anyone that none of it is from the condo complex. People drive in with a truckload of trash, fill up our dumpsters and drive off.
*sigh* I hope the trash people actually haul it off and just don't leave it cuz they can't get to the dumpster.

I'd also bet that the people that dumped it there were paid by the people that gave it to them to dispose of it. Those clean-out services don't provide any proof of where they take the stuff.
