For those of you who have accounts on Facebook and/or Instagram, say goodbye to Messenger, possibly due to newly enacted E.U. regulations.

@POOetryma It looks like it's just the tie in between Insta & Messenger, right? Messenger is not shutting down?
@kismatt I believe Messenger is the service that lets Facebook and Instagram talk to each other, so Messenger is being discontinued. The reason, not made public, is thought to be new E.U. rules regarding monopolies.
