According to a new listing by US Copyright Databank, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew is set for a January 2024 release date, and it also gives a synopsis for the show:
“We are introduced to four kids who make a mysterious discovery on their seemingly safe home planet and get lost in a strange & dangerous galaxy. Finding their way home, meeting unlikely allies and enemies, will be a greater adventure than they ever imagined.”
@kismatt admittedly never seen voltron (though I have a general pop culture sense of it) but it seems way more like Goonies, Stranger Things, etc
