** (I've forgot the English name and online translators is fucking with me, sorry) Rostas is a cut detail of beef, which is cut out of the roast beef , which sits on the back of the animal. Rostas is a tender and lean meat.

I'm not sure what the translation is, but it sounds like it's either a tenderloin or an American filet mignon, which is called Filet de bœuf in French or filetbiff in Norwegian. Not pork.
