Woohoo! Knit all of ball 19 and started 20 tonight. She’s measuring at 40” now. I’m sure y’all are tired of all these numbers but they’re how I stay motivated. I overdid it tonight so tomorrow will be a rest for my hands. This Friday is one of my days off so I’m looking forward to a 3 day weekend of knitting with some ice breaks to keep me going. @BrightEyedDyer It's slow going for me, because I am a thrower and not a picker. I frogged what I had because it was going to be waaay too wide and had to come down another needle size - we'll see how this goes. I don't know if I want to use a US5 on a light worsted or not...it calls for a US8 but like I said, it's kinda thin for an Aran weight.
I would recommend learning on a smooth cotton (like LB 24/7) and making a potholder. :)
@kismatt I’ve never tried double knitting <adds to list of things to do> Two of the three blankets I’ve got going are with bulky yarn and the other is worsted held double.
