@Sr0bi It can. The reason is that your tear duct is connected to your nose via a duct, and therefore into your sinuses, which can drain down the back of your throat.
@kismatt Just wondering if others notice such things. Also when I blow my nose it can force air into my eye sockets -although not so much since I'm off of bronchodilators
