So grateful to have AC. Lately it’s been heat on top of humidity and we haven’t even reached the peak of heat for this year. With the heat flashes it like 🥵
I just want to wear an ice pack on my head until I’m 65.

@Redskye572 100% there. I found that those cooling cloths (you soak them in cold water and then SNAP them) tied around my neck or around my head really helped. I used to pull my hair back in a pony and then tie the cloth around my head like a scarf.
@kismatt I have a head wrap like that. I’ll try that tomorrow when I go out. Thanks.
