Socialism and capitalism are economic systems, not governance.

To explain/recap:
- Capitalism = the "means of production" (factories, manufacturing tooling, etc) are owned privately, and the owners take most of the wealth generated using them.

- Socialism = the means of production are owned in common by all people (or all workers), and most of the wealth generated by them (in theory) goes to workers/is shared.
