^^^ If I was a suspicious man, I might think that Trump was making sure his bigger donors get 'small' business loans so they can funnel that money right back into his campaign donations pot then 'forgive' the debt.
^^^ And let's not forget he removed the IG who was supposed to be the oversight of this whole thing.
